I was thinking they might know what they're planning for next year quite soon, as this year's tour was announced in the summer last year and Barry Potty 2 was announced in April 2010 and Chuckle Trek was announced in May 2008, so maybe by the time we go to Worthing to see this year's show again, if I meet the lads again afterwards I could maybe ask them then

Oooh yeah that would be great! Maybe they should do a Batman one or something!

Yeah a Batman and Robin one would really make sense next year as I've just noticed the film The Dark Knight Rises is due to come out later this year Also I love Rachel's idea of an Oliver Twist one, I'd love to see Brian as Bill Sykes lol. Maybe Barry and Paul could both be an Oliver-type character and Jimmy could perhaps be f*gin lol

The Revenge of Chucklestein - There's a new Frankenstein film due in 2013, so an adaptation of the classic Series 8 episode would tie-in nicely.
Chuckle Trek II: The Final Front Ear - Another Star Trek film out next year makes this a possiblity.
Other big films coming up include the The Hobbit, though I think I suggested a show based on Lord of the Rings earlier in the thread.

Yeah, I'm sure that's the Star Trek movie I was thinking about in that post I wrote on the previous page of this thread, but like rapiid and ChuckleVisionBen said, it might be delayed for a couple of years seeing as all their previous show sequels have left a few-year gap in between... Although, Chris, I like your Chuckles and the Chocolate Factory idea, that would be a good idea seeing as they've never done one like that before, but I think it made more sense back in 2005, when this thread was first created, as that was when the last Charlie and the Chocolate Factory movie came out. Although out of all these ideas, I'd love to see an Oliver Twist one - that would be amazing, I can already see myself looking as the show poster in my head if they did decide to make one lol ;D

Yes, I would like to see something ORIGINAL but maybe also another SEQUEL. The Revenge of Chucklestein - There's a new Frankenstein film due in 2013, so an adaptation of the classic Series 8 episode would tie-in nicely. Chuckle Trek II: The Final Front Ear - Another Star Trek film out next year makes this a possiblity. They are some good ideas there NS and I would like the idea of something to do with Frankenstien and see a more of a "horror" sequel since the last one was "Spooky Goings on 2" in 2006?

The last Spooky Goings on 2 show was in 2007 - Dr What was in 2006 - and I remember saying on the Spooky Goings on 2 thread in 2008 that "maybe they'll be a Spooky Goings on 3 in another 6 years' time lol" And, of course, Spooky Goings on 2 will be 6 years ago next year so it might make good sense if they did decide to make another sequel Actually though, even though I still wouldn't mind seeing a sequel to Chuckle Trek, I would also personally like to see a stage show that's more original, like some of the ones that me and Chris mentioned (even though I know that whatever they decide to do sounds great), and I asked Barry on Facebook today if he knows if they have any ideas for next year in the pipeline yet, so I'll let you know what he says if he replies

I would LOVE to see the Chucklestein ep adapted, it is my all time favorite! Especially if they got Alan Heap back as Dr Bonkers!

What about an Iron Man type show, seeing as like I said, Iron Man 3 is apparently out next year? The only title I could think of for that is "Iron Chuckles" haha, although I know it might look a bit too obvious lol I haven't seen any of the Iron Man films either, but I think it would be a good excuse for a show on it Although, to be honest, out of all our ideas suggested so far, I think the Batman and Robin one makes the most sense, as, even though they do probably have more personal ideas in their own heads, the third Batman movie is due out this year (like I said before), so it would be a really reasonable excuse haha

Sorry if this is a bit irrelevant for this thread, but for anyone who's on Twitter and follows Paul, you might have seen that he Tweeted the day before yesterday that they're thinking of doing A Christmas Chuckle again for 2015 Christmas! I think it's bit early to be discussing pantomime two years before though lol ; although of course it still sounds great as always

Still a bit far ahead, but sounds good. I saw the last Christmas Chuckle pantomime and it was really good and would enjoy seeing another one. Haven't checked Paul's Twitter lately, will have to update myself.
